Foundation Training is a systematic approach that uses movements and breathwork to address and correct muscle imbalances and poor movement patterns. These corrective exercises can improve physical wellness, enhance joint stability, and promote overall body alignment.

By targeting the root causes of dysfunction, Foundation Training effectively relieves pain. While the exercises are simple, they can be both challenging and enjoyable with the right coaching.

This cutting-edge practice was originally developed by Dr. Eric Goodman to address his own back pain. His corrective exercise program has helped countless individuals become pain-free in less than 30 days.
