If you are simply training to stay out of pain or to level up your performance this is a great class.
We will be building a preventive practice so you can perform with stability and strength.
We will be training to work smarter, not harder, by priming movement patterns that maximize the utilization of the most efficient muscles with a comprehensive focus on concentric, eccentric, and isometric training of those muscles.
In this workshop:
Know and learn to stabilize your shoulders in order to free your neck
Understand core strength is not just abs
Understand hand and arm distal mobility
increase grip strength by understanding rib expansion
work with injuries and align out of pain
This will be a fun and therapeutic experience and a workout that will eliminate pain and make you more attractive.
